These Payment Terms govern all transactions made through the Ulanketo Xrismone platform at cykezuy.pro. By completing a purchase or enrolling in any paid programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms in full.

We accept payments made by major credit and debit cards, as well as other electronic payment methods made available at checkout. All payment methods are subject to verification and approval. We reserve the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

All prices displayed on the platform are quoted in the currency shown at the time of purchase. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.

If your payment is processed in a currency different from your local currency, your bank or payment provider may apply conversion rates and additional fees. Ulanketo Xrismone is not responsible for any such charges.

Upon completing your purchase, you authorise us to charge the full amount to your selected payment method. For subscription-based access, you authorise recurring charges at the frequency selected during enrolment unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are accurate and that sufficient funds are available. Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access to services.

Certain programmes and services are offered on a subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in advance. The renewal charge will be applied to the payment method on file.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@cykezuy.pro. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within an active billing period unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

If you upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan, the change will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle unless immediate effect is specified during the change process. Any price differences will be applied accordingly.

One-time purchases grant access to the specified content or service for the duration described at the point of sale. These purchases are non-transferable and tied to the account used at the time of purchase.

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the nature of the service purchased. Digital content that has been accessed or downloaded may not be eligible for a refund. Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, typically 5 to 10 business days depending on your payment provider.

We are committed to resolving billing concerns promptly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending investigation.

Promotional pricing, discount codes, and special offers are subject to their own terms and validity periods. They cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify promotional offers at any time. Misuse of promotional codes may result in cancellation of the associated order.
